NASA and the Inland Empire: a Match Made in Heaven

Posted on Monday 25 August 2008

I think what the Inland Empire needs is for NASA to come to town and launch space shuttles into orbit from the area. A good place for this is Beaumont, California. There’s plenty of land to build a NASA space center and it will help boost the economy and bring the Inland Empire into the forefront of Southern California.

The land is perfect as well. It provides ideal training for Mars or the moon. There are natural rock formations and there is plenty of dirt and sand, which resembles places like Mars anyways. The weather is perfect as well. It never rains and it has a desert atmosphere. It’s pretty lifeless out there.

People might complain about the noise, but NASA should tell them to shut up and at least they are providing jobs in the area. That’s my feeling anyways. People should just be more grateful and stop complaining. The schools in the area would benefit as well. Imagine a new growth in the sciences. Schools like UCR and Cal State San Bernardino would then improve in their sciences, because NASA would want students to come work for them. This Inland Empire web design company would be great to create the website for the Inland Empire NASA space center.
