What Is An Effective Abdominal exercise, Sixpack diet?

Often when people set out to achieve the goal of turning their stomach into a sexy six pack, they exercise and do crunches furiously. After seeing limited results they wonder what they are doing wrong and give up. Many times they don’t realize that getting awesome abs starts in the kitchen with eating the right six pack diet. You have to lose the fat that is covering up the muscles of your stomach in order for them to show through and give you the look you want to achieve.

In order to lose body fat on your stomach you need to burn more calories than you consume. So that means you need to keep your calorie consumption lower than it has been in the past. A six pack diet will include lots of high protein, and low calories foods like chicken, fish and fat free cottage cheese. Don’t worry that you will never be able to eat anything delicious again. If you want to have a cheeseburger you will have to plan ahead and eat light the rest of the day to compensate. Also, drink lots of water to keep your appetite at bay. Lastly, its important to get plenty of fiber in your diet. Fruits, vegetables and whole grains contain plenty of fiber that will help you feel full even when you haven’t had so many calories.
